Returns & Refund Policy

 

Returns
Please check your delivery as soon as you receive it as we only refund if the product is damaged or faulty. We shall refund or exchange if the product received is damaged or faulty within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please note: unfortunately we can not refund or exchange for "change of mind" purchases.

If item has been damaged due to packaging or freight handling please take a photo and email with your request for a refund to enquiries@cottonandclay.com.au.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your request for a refund is approved due to damaged or faulty product we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet in a reasonable time please contact us at enquiries@cottonandclay.com.au
As it sometime takes time for a refund to be received via credit card please check with your credit card provider or bank as well.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@cottonandclay.com.au and send your item to: 63 Ferndale St Killarney Vale New South Wales AU 2261.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 63 Ferndale St Killarney Vale New South Wales AU 2261. We shall be responsible for return shipping costs if our products that your receive are faulty or damaged .
